We are seeking a highly organised and commercially minded Marketing & Revenue Operations Manager to support a fast-growing UK-based recruitment business operating within the high-growth startup ecosystem.
This role sits at the intersection of marketing, sales operations, and content strategy, playing a critical part in driving pipeline growth, brand visibility, and community engagement. You will work closely with leadership to execute targeted outreach campaigns, manage content across multiple platforms, and optimise systems that support revenue generation.

Responsibilities
Revenue Operations & Outreach
Build, manage, and optimise LinkedIn outreach campaigns targeting founders and CFOs in high-growth businesses
Develop and maintain outreach sequences, tracking response rates and pipeline conversion
Manage marketing automation tools and workflows to ensure consistent pipeline activity
Produce monthly newsletters driven by podcast insights to generate engagement and conversations
Create market insights, executive briefs, and proposal materials
Report on campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimisation
CFO Community Management
Manage and grow a CFO-focused WhatsApp community with structured topic channels
Share relevant industry updates, insights, and podcast highlights
Coordinate monthly webinars and events, including logistics and communications
Podcast & Streaming Operations
Assist with podcast planning and guest research aligned to the target audience
Manage distribution platforms including YouTube, Spotify, and Apple Podcasts
Coordinate with external editors to deliver episodes and promotional content on time
Create promotional assets using Canva (e.g. quote graphics, episode cards)
Use AI tools to generate transcript snippets, trailers, and content briefs
Track podcast performance against growth targets and recommend improvements
Manage weekly LinkedIn Live sessions and associated logistics
Content Creation & LinkedIn Strategy
Develop and schedule daily LinkedIn content aligned with brand voice
Create short-form video content and social media assets
Repurpose podcast content into engaging clips and posts
Write compelling captions tailored to founders and finance leaders
Maintain a structured content calendar
Research trends and competitor activity to inform content strategy
Engagement & Outreach
Actively engage with LinkedIn comments, messages, and discussions
Participate in relevant online communities to increase brand visibility
Respond to enquiries professionally and consistently
Monitor industry trends to identify timely content opportunities
Qualifications and Experience
Proven experience in marketing, revenue operations, or a similar role
Strong understanding of LinkedIn outreach and content strategy
Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva (CapCut advantageous)
Familiarity with podcast or digital media operations is beneficial
Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and improve performance metrics
Hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude) is highly desirable
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
