About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organised Data Capture Specialist to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately capturing, updating, and maintaining data across various platforms and systems. You'll work closely with UK-based clients to ensure their data is always clean, current, and ready for use. If you have a sharp eye for detail and thrive in a structured, remote environment — this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately capture and input data from multiple sources into designated systems and databases

• Review, verify, and correct data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency

• Maintain and update existing records, flagging any discrepancies or missing information

• Generate and distribute regular data reports to internal teams and clients

• Assist with data migration and clean-up projects as required

• Follow data management protocols and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

• Communicate with team leads and clients regarding data queries or issues

• Meet daily and weekly data capture targets within agreed timelines

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a data capture, data entry, or administrative role

• Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools

• Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 45 WPM preferred)

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Comfortable working independently in a remote, self-managed environment

• Good written communication skills in English

• Experience with CRM systems or data management platforms is an advantage

• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated, quiet workspace

• A reliable laptop or desktop computer (Windows or Mac)

• Stable internet connection with a minimum speed of 20 Mbps

• Backup power solution (UPS or generator) for load shedding

• A quiet, professional workspace suitable for remote work
