About the Role

Remote Recruitment is seeking a meticulous Quality Assurance Specialist to help maintain and improve the quality of our service delivery. In this role, you will review, evaluate, and report on the quality of team outputs, identify areas for improvement, and work closely with team leaders to implement quality standards across our remote operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate team outputs including calls, emails, chats, and documents for quality and accuracy

• Conduct regular quality audits and provide detailed, constructive feedback to team members and managers

• Develop and maintain quality scorecards and assessment frameworks in line with company standards

• Identify recurring quality issues and collaborate with team leaders on corrective action plans

• Track quality trends over time and report findings to management with actionable recommendations

• Assist in the development and updating of standard operating procedures and quality guidelines

• Support onboarding and training programmes by contributing to quality benchmarks for new starters

• Maintain accurate records of all quality assessments and outcomes

Requirements

• Previous experience in a quality assurance, quality control, or similar review-based role

• Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and critical thinking skills

• Clear and professional written English communication skills

• Ability to give constructive, evidence-based feedback in a remote environment

• Experience working with QA tools, scorecards, or call monitoring systems is advantageous

• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple assessments simultaneously

• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision

• Familiarity with remote work environments and digital communication tools

• Reliable internet connection and suitable home office setup
