About the Role
Remote Recruitment is seeking a highly organised Administrative Coordinator to support our UK-based clients remotely. In this role, you will be the operational backbone of the team, managing schedules, coordinating communications, and ensuring that day-to-day administrative processes run smoothly. Key Responsibilities
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments across time zones
Handle email correspondence and respond to queries on behalf of clients
Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required
Maintain organised digital filing systems and databases
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
Track tasks and deadlines using project management tools
Assist with onboarding, travel arrangements, and event planning where required
Requirements
Previous experience in an administrative, office management, or coordination role
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, or Asana is advantageous
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently in a remote setting
High attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused attitude
