About the Role

Remote Recruitment is seeking a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Coordinator to manage and grow social media presence for our UK-based clients. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for someone with a passion for digital content and online communities. No formal experience is required — we provide comprehensive training to set you up for success.

Key Responsibilities

• Creating, scheduling, and publishing content across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok

• Monitoring social media channels and engaging with followers and comments

• Assisting with content planning and monthly social media calendars

• Tracking performance metrics and preparing basic reports

• Researching trends and competitor activity to inform content strategies

• Collaborating with clients to align content with brand voice and goals

• Supporting email marketing campaigns and digital promotions

Requirements

• Matric certificate or equivalent qualification

• Strong written English communication skills

• Familiarity with major social media platforms as a user

• Creative mindset with an eye for visually appealing content

• Basic understanding of Canva or similar design tools (advantageous)

• No prior professional experience required — eagerness to learn is key

• Reliable laptop or desktop computer

• Stable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps)
