About the Role

We are hiring an entry-level Content Moderator to review and manage online content for our UK clients. No prior experience is required — full training is provided to help you succeed in this fully remote role from anywhere in South Africa.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review user-generated content for compliance with community guidelines

  • Flag, remove, or escalate content that violates platform policies

  • Maintain accurate records of reviewed content and actions taken

  • Communicate with team members about recurring content issues

  • Provide daily reporting on moderation activity

Requirements

  • No prior experience required — training is provided

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow guidelines

  • Good written communication skills in English

  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Equipment & Setup

  • Reliable laptop or desktop computer

  • Stable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps)

  • Quiet, dedicated home workspace

  • Backup power solution (UPS or inverter recommended)
