About the Role
We are seeking an entry-level HR Operations Assistant to support our UK-based clients with day-to-day HR administrative tasks. No prior experience is required — full training is provided. This is a fully remote position open to candidates across South Africa.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with onboarding new employees and maintaining HR records
Process leave requests, payroll inputs, and employment documentation
Support recruitment processes including posting jobs and screening CVs
Respond to HR queries from staff and management
Maintain accurate employee databases and HR filing systems
Requirements
Matric certificate (Grade 12) or equivalent
No prior experience required — comprehensive training provided
Interest in human resources and people management
Strong organisational and communication skills
Proficient in English, both written and verbal
Equipment & Setup
Reliable laptop or desktop computer
Stable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps)
Quiet, dedicated home workspace
Backup power solution (UPS or inverter recommended)
