About the Role
We are looking for an entry-level IT Helpdesk Support Agent to assist UK-based clients with technical issues and IT queries. No prior experience is required — we provide full training. You'll be the first point of contact for IT support requests, working fully remotely from South Africa.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to IT helpdesk tickets and resolve first-line technical issues
Assist users with software, hardware, and connectivity problems
Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when required
Document all support interactions in the ticketing system
Provide clear and friendly guidance to non-technical users
Requirements
Matric certificate (Grade 12) or equivalent
No prior experience required — comprehensive training provided
Interest in technology and problem-solving
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Basic computer literacy and comfort with digital tools

Reliable laptop or desktop computer
Stable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps)
Quiet, dedicated home workspace
Backup power solution (UPS or inverter recommended)
