About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Support Assistant to assist our UK-based clients with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks. This entry-level remote role is perfect for someone looking to build a career in business operations and administration.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to operations and management teams
Manage and update spreadsheets, databases, and operational records
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and communications
Process and track orders, invoices, and supplier information
Assist with workflow documentation and process improvements
Respond to internal and external queries in a timely manner
Requirements
Matric certificate; relevant qualification advantageous
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Good written and verbal English communication
Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
Previous administrative or operations experience is a plus
