About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and confident Appointment Setter to join our remote team and support UK-based businesses. You will be responsible for reaching out to prospects, qualifying leads, and booking appointments for the sales team. This is a great opportunity for a motivated South African candidate looking to break into a client-facing role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls and send emails to prospective clients

  • Qualify leads based on set criteria and schedule appointments

  • Maintain and update CRM records accurately

  • Follow up on warm leads and re-engage cold prospects

  • Meet daily and weekly appointment-setting targets

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

  • Confident, resilient, and target-driven personality

  • Previous experience in sales, telesales, or customer-facing roles is advantageous

  • Comfortable using CRM tools and email platforms

  • Ability to work UK business hours

Equipment & Setup

  • Reliable laptop or desktop computer

  • Stable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps)

  • Quiet, dedicated home workspace

  • Backup power solution (UPS or inverter recommended)
