About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and confident Appointment Setter to join our remote team and support UK-based businesses. You will be responsible for reaching out to prospects, qualifying leads, and booking appointments for the sales team. This is a great opportunity for a motivated South African candidate looking to break into a client-facing role.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls and send emails to prospective clients
Qualify leads based on set criteria and schedule appointments
Maintain and update CRM records accurately
Follow up on warm leads and re-engage cold prospects
Meet daily and weekly appointment-setting targets
Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Confident, resilient, and target-driven personality
Previous experience in sales, telesales, or customer-facing roles is advantageous
Comfortable using CRM tools and email platforms
Ability to work UK business hours

Reliable laptop or desktop computer
Stable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps)
