Key Responsibilities
Accurately entering and updating data in company systems and spreadsheets
Verifying and cross-checking data for accuracy and completeness
Organising and maintaining digital records and databases
Preparing basic reports and data summaries for UK clients
Following data entry procedures and maintaining confidentiality
Requirements
Matric certificate or equivalent (no experience required — training provided)
Good typing speed and attention to detail
Comfortable working with spreadsheets and digital tools
Reliable and able to meet deadlines

Reliable laptop or desktop computer
Stable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps)
Quiet, dedicated home workspace
