We are looking for a motivated and experienced Life Sciences Recruiter based in South Africa to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a recruiter who understands the unique demands of the life sciences sector and can confidently support hiring across pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical devices, clinical research, regulatory, quality, and related healthcare functions.
In this position, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating with hiring managers, and supporting offer processes. You will be responsible for building strong talent pipelines, developing relationships with both candidates and clients, and ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
To succeed in this role, you should have a solid background in recruitment, ideally with direct experience in life sciences or healthcare. You’ll need strong communication skills, a consultative approach, and the ability to work efficiently across multiple roles and priorities. Knowledge of the South African market is essential, and experience with agency recruitment or international hiring is a plus.
