About the Role
We are looking for an entry-level Junior Payroll Administrator to join our team, supporting UK-based clients with payroll processing and administration. This is a fully remote, full-time role open to South African candidates — no prior experience required, as comprehensive training is provided from day one.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with processing monthly payroll for UK client companies
Maintain accurate employee payroll records and data
Respond to payroll queries from staff and management
Reconcile payroll reports and prepare basic summaries
Support the payroll team with administrative tasks and filing
Requirements
Matric certificate (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification
Basic numeracy skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
Strong communication skills in English
No prior experience required — full training provided
Equipment & Setup
Reliable laptop or desktop computer
Stable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps)
Quiet, dedicated home workspace
