About the Role
We are hiring an entry-level Customer Support Representative to assist UK-based clients with customer queries and support requests. This is a fully remote, full-time opportunity for South African candidates — no experience required, as all training is provided. If you are a great communicator who loves helping people, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries via email, chat, and phone for UK clients
Resolve complaints and escalate complex issues where necessary
Maintain customer records and update CRM systems
Provide product and service information to customers
Meet response time and quality targets set by the team
Requirements
Matric certificate (Grade 12) or equivalent
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Friendly, patient, and customer-focused attitude
Basic computer literacy
No prior experience required — full training provided
Equipment & Setup
Reliable laptop or desktop computer
Stable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps)
Quiet, dedicated home workspace
Backup power solution (UPS or inverter recommended)
