About the Role
We are looking for an entry-level Procurement Assistant to support UK-based businesses with purchasing, supplier coordination, and administrative tasks. This is a fully remote role ideal for South African candidates looking to start their career — no experience needed, as comprehensive training is provided from day one.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with raising purchase orders and tracking deliveries
Communicate with suppliers to obtain quotes and confirm orders
Maintain procurement records, spreadsheets, and databases
Support the procurement team with administrative duties
Help prepare reports on supplier performance and spending
Requirements
Matric certificate (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Clear communication skills in English
No prior experience required — full training provided

Reliable laptop or desktop computer
Stable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps)
Quiet, dedicated home workspace
