About the Role
We are looking for an entry-level HR Assistant to support UK-based clients remotely. No prior experience is required — comprehensive training is provided. You will assist with recruitment administration, employee records, and day-to-day HR support tasks from the comfort of your own home.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with job postings and candidate screening processes
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Support onboarding and offboarding administration
Handle HR-related correspondence and scheduling
Assist with compliance documentation and reporting
Requirements
Matric certificate or equivalent qualification
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
No prior HR experience needed — full training is provided

Reliable laptop or desktop computer
Stable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps)
Quiet, dedicated home workspace
Backup power solution (UPS or inverter recommended)
