About the Role
We are hiring an entry-level Online Chat Support Agent to assist customers of UK-based businesses via live chat and messaging platforms. No prior experience is required — we provide comprehensive training on products, systems, and customer service best practices. This is a fully remote role ideal for those looking to start their career in customer support.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer enquiries promptly via live chat and messaging tools
Resolve product and service questions with professionalism and empathy
Escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system
Meet response time and quality targets set by the client
Requirements
Matric certificate or equivalent qualification
Excellent written English communication skills
Ability to type quickly and accurately
A patient, helpful, and professional attitude
No prior customer service experience required — full training provided

Stable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps)
