Marketing and Revenue Operations Manager
We are seeking a Marketing and Revenue Operations Manager to join our team in a full-time, remote-friendly role. This position plays a critical part in connecting marketing, sales, and customer success operations to create a seamless and scalable revenue engine. The ideal candidate will be a strong operator who can improve systems, strengthen reporting, and help ensure that growth initiatives are executed with precision.
In this role, you will own key operational processes across the funnel, including lead management, CRM hygiene, campaign tracking, pipeline reporting, and revenue performance analysis. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across departments to identify inefficiencies, develop practical solutions, and build reliable reporting that supports data-driven decision-making. This is a hands-on and collaborative position for someone who enjoys translating complex data into actionable insights.
Responsibilities may include maintaining dashboards, analyzing funnel conversion trends, supporting attribution efforts, improving cross-functional workflows, and partnering on go-to-market planning. You’ll also help ensure systems and processes scale with the business as priorities evolve.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a candidate with experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, sales operations, or a similar function. Strong CRM and marketing automation experience is important, along with the ability to analyze data, communicate clearly, and manage competing priorities.
