Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative to support a UK-based employer in generating leads and building the sales pipeline. This role is ideal for a South African professional who is organised, proactive, and confident working with UK teams remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support outbound prospecting activities including cold outreach, email campaigns, and follow-ups
- Handle lead qualification, CRM data entry, and sales pipeline management
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders across time zones
- Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions, call outcomes, and sales activity metrics
- Use relevant tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and outreach platforms
- Support the wider sales team with appointment setting, research, and proposal preparation
- Identify opportunities to improve outreach strategies and increase qualified lead volume
Qualifications and Experience
- 1+ years of experience in sales development, business development, or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a high volume of outreach activities simultaneously
- Proficient in CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Able to work independently and manage your own time effectively
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Experience working with UK-based clients or employers is advantageous
- Must have a reliable laptop, stable internet connection, and a quiet working environment
Salary: R28,000/month | 100% Remote
