We are seeking a motivated and experienced Supply Chain Coordinator to support a UK-based employer in managing logistics, procurement, and inventory operations. This role is ideal for a South African professional who is organised, proactive, and confident working with UK teams remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support supply chain activities including purchase orders, supplier coordination, and stock management
• Handle logistics scheduling, delivery tracking, and shipment documentation
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders across time zones
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, supplier data, and procurement activity
• Use relevant tools such as ERP systems, inventory management software, and Excel
• Support the wider team with demand forecasting, supplier performance reviews, and cost analysis
• Identify opportunities to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce operational costs

Qualifications and Experience

• 2+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or a related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple supply chain tasks simultaneously
• Proficient in ERP platforms and Microsoft Excel
• Able to work independently and manage your own time effectively
• High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Experience working with UK-based clients or employers is advantageous
• Must have a reliable laptop, stable internet connection, and a quiet working environment

Salary: R32,000/month | 100% Remote
