Job Overview
Remote Recruitment is partnering with a growing London-based property firm to recruit a highly organised and proactive Property Virtual Assistant. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced property environment and supporting busy property agents with day-to-day operations.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth administrative processes across property management, new property onboarding, client communication, and agent support. You will work closely with the property team to coordinate tasks, manage documentation, assist with property listings, and support the launch of new property sites and developments.
This opportunity is perfect for a detail-oriented professional who can work independently, communicate confidently, and manage multiple priorities in a remote working environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to property agents and the wider property team.
Manage diaries, appointments, meetings, and property viewing schedules.
Assist with onboarding new property sites and developments.
Upload and maintain property listings across online platforms and internal systems.
Coordinate and organise property documentation, contracts, and compliance records.
Respond to client, tenant, and supplier enquiries via phone and email.
Liaise with contractors, property managers, and external stakeholders when required.
Maintain accurate records and update CRM/property management systems.
Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and marketing materials.
Support the team with general administrative duties and operational coordination.
Ensure excellent communication and professional service standards at all times.
Requirements & Experience
Previous experience in administration, virtual assistance, or property support roles.
Property industry or estate agency experience would be advantageous.
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Professional telephone manner and customer service ability.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
Reliable laptop/computer and stable high-speed internet connection.
Advantageous Skills
Experience supporting UK-based property or estate agency businesses.
Familiarity with property portals such as Rightmove or Zoopla.
Experience with property management software or CRM platforms.
Social media or property marketing exposure.
