About the Role
This is an entry-level Lead Generation Specialist role supporting UK-based sales teams by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities. No prior experience is needed — we provide full training so you can hit the ground running from anywhere in South Africa.
Key Responsibilities
Research and identify potential leads using online tools and databases
Qualify prospects through email outreach and initial contact
Maintain and update the CRM with accurate lead information
Collaborate with the UK sales team to hand over qualified leads
Track outreach metrics and report weekly results to your manager
Requirements
Strong written English communication skills
Good research and internet skills
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
No experience required — full training and onboarding provided
Matric certificate or equivalent qualification

Reliable laptop or desktop computer
Stable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps)
Quiet, dedicated home workspace
