This entry-level Cold Outreach Specialist role gives you the opportunity to launch a career in sales and business development, working remotely for UK-based companies. No prior experience is required — full training is provided to help you connect with prospects confidently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Send personalised cold emails and LinkedIn messages to target prospects
Follow up with leads through multi-channel outreach sequences
Research and build targeted prospect lists using online tools
Track outreach activity and responses in the CRM system
Collaborate with the UK sales team to refine messaging and strategy
Requirements
Excellent written English with a persuasive, professional tone
Comfortable with repetitive, goal-driven tasks
Basic computer and internet skills
No experience required — comprehensive training provided
Matric certificate or equivalent qualification
Equipment & Setup
Reliable laptop or desktop computer
Stable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps)
Quiet, dedicated home workspace
