This entry-level Administrative Assistant role is ideal for someone looking to start a remote career providing essential support to UK-based businesses. No prior experience is required — we provide full training to get you up to speed on all the systems and processes you'll need.
Key Responsibilities
Manage emails, calendars, and scheduling for UK-based team members
Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations
Handle data entry and maintain accurate digital records
Respond to routine enquiries and coordinate with internal teams
Assist with general administrative tasks as required
Requirements
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
No experience required — full training and onboarding provided
Matric certificate or equivalent qualification
