Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Inside Sales Representative to generate leads, nurture prospects, and close deals remotely. You will be a key driver of our sales pipeline, engaging with potential clients through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify new leads through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Manage and progress a pipeline of opportunities through the sales funnel
- Conduct virtual product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Accurately record all sales activities and pipeline updates in the CRM
- Collaborate with marketing and account management teams to maximise conversion
Qualifications and Experience
- 2+ years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or a similar revenue-generating role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive)
- Excellent communication skills — confident on calls and compelling in writing
- Self-motivated and target-driven with high energy and resilience
- Ability to work independently in a remote sales environment
- Relevant degree or diploma in Sales, Marketing, or Business preferred
Salary: R26,000/month | 100% Remote
