Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to handle enquiries, resolve issues, and build positive relationships with our clients. This fully remote role is perfect for someone who is empathetic, professional, and committed to delivering excellent service at every touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and friendly manner
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring a positive outcome
- Accurately capture and update customer information and interactions in the CRM system
- Follow up with customers to confirm resolution and ensure satisfaction
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information
- Meet individual service targets including response times and customer satisfaction scores
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team or supervisor
Qualifications and Experience
- 1+ year of experience in a customer service or client-facing role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Empathetic, patient, and solution-oriented approach to customer interactions
- Proficiency with CRM or helpdesk platforms (Zendesk, Freshdesk, HubSpot, or similar)
- Ability to manage a high volume of interactions while maintaining quality
- Reliable home office setup with stable internet connection
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
- Matric certificate required; relevant customer service qualification is advantageous
Salary: R25,000/month | 100% Remote
