Key Responsibilities:
- Manage 20+ job openings at once, efficiently sourcing and interviewing candidates under tight deadlines.
- Work under pressure to meet urgent hiring needs, ensuring top-quality recruitment even in high-stress situations.
- Think creatively and solve problems to find top candidates for hard-to-fill roles.
- Collaborate closely with international clients to understand their unique needs and tailor recruitment strategies.
- Write compelling job descriptions that resonate with both local and global markets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with candidates, focusing on talent development and nurturing for future roles.
- Act as a trusted advisor for clients, providing insight on talent trends, global hiring practices, and best recruitment solutions.
- Continuously develop a talent pipeline to support future growth and client needs.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on high-volume, fast-paced environments.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and tight deadlines, without compromising on quality.
- Proven problem-solving skills to creatively address client needs and fill challenging roles.
- Experience working with international clients and understanding global market dynamics.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to work effectively with both candidates and clients.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment and stay organized while managing competing priorities.
- Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment platforms.
