Responsibilities
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
Maintain organised digital filing systems and databases
Perform data entry and ensure accuracy of records
Respond to emails and handle basic client communication professionally
Assist with travel bookings and expense tracking
Support internal teams with administrative tasks and document preparation
Monitor deadlines and follow up on outstanding items
Collaborate with other remote team members to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative or office support role
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy
Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
Access to a reliable internet connection and personal laptop
Experience working remotely is advantageous, but not essential
