We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive LinkedIn Engagement Specialist to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who thrives in an administrative role and has a keen interest in managing and enhancing our LinkedIn presence. You’ll handle day-to-day LinkedIn engagement, follow precise instructions, and stay updated on best practices by completing a designated LinkedIn course (company-sponsored). Your efforts will help drive brand engagement and nurture key relationships with our audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and engage with our LinkedIn audience, responding to comments, messages, and mentions promptly.
• Support LinkedIn account growth by following engagement strategies and fostering meaningful connections.
• Track, report, and analyze LinkedIn performance metrics to ensure engagement aligns with company goals.
• Handle administrative duties related to LinkedIn posts, scheduling, and account maintenance.
• Complete and apply insights from a LinkedIn training course, enhancing your skills in platform engagement and audience building.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 1-3 years in an administrative or social media role, ideally with LinkedIn engagement.
• Strong administrative skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions closely and adapt to feedback.
• Excellent written communication skills and a proactive attitude towards audience engagement.
• Willingness to complete a company-sponsored LinkedIn training course.
