Key Responsibilities

• Client Research & Mapping: Build detailed target lists by identifying decision-makers within sectors like councils, supported living providers, and large corporations.

• Outreach Campaigns: Plan and execute outreach campaigns using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo.

• Relationship Building: Initiate connections via LinkedIn, email, and calls to establish rapport and enable strategic discussions.

• Scheduling: Coordinate meetings for senior leadership, ensuring a seamless flow of high-value leads.

• Data Management: Keep CRM systems up to date with accurate records of outreach activities, statuses, and follow-ups.

• Process Optimisation: Continuously improve outreach processes for maximum efficiency and success.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in outreach, lead generation, or business development.

• Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and CRM systems.

• Strong research and analytical skills to map companies and identify key stakeholders.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
