What You’ll Do

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and schedule appointments

• Follow up on leads and ensure timely scheduling

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and appointments

• work towards achieving daily and weekly performance targets

• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to optimize scheduling efficiency

What We’re Looking For

• At least 1 year of experience in an appointment-setting or similar role

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• A friendly and confident phone manner

• Ability to handle customer queries with patience and professionalism

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills

• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems
