As an independent contractor, you'll be responsible for course development, student engagement, and driving enrolments through exceptional service and support.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and manage online course content for e-learning platforms.

• Engage with students to provide support and guidance.

• Track student progress and ensure a high level of learner satisfaction.

• Assist with curriculum development and instructional design.

• Drive student enrolments through effective marketing and engagement strategies.

• Maintain and update learning management systems (LMS).

• Work closely with educators and trainers to enhance course offerings.

• Provide feedback and recommendations for improving educational content.

What We’re Looking For

• 1-2 years of experience in education, e-learning, or instructional design.

• Strong understanding of online learning platforms and digital course creation.

• Experience with LMS management and student engagement strategies.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting.

• Strong problem-solving skills and creativity in educational content delivery.

• Must have access to a reliable laptop and high-speed internet.
