Key Responsibilities

• Manage and process travel bookings, including flights, accommodation, and transport.
• Assist clients in planning and customising travel itineraries.
• Provide exceptional customer support, responding to queries and resolving booking issues.
• Maintain and update travel records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Research and recommend travel options based on client needs and budget.
• Collaborate with travel partners and suppliers to secure the best deals.
• Ensure compliance with travel regulations and company policies.

Qualifications & Experience

• 1.5 - 2 years’ experience in travel booking, reservations, or a related field.
• Proficiency in travel booking systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo) and online booking platforms.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
• Required: Access to a laptop/computer and reliable internet connection.
