Job Title: LinkedIn Marketing & Admin Specialist

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled LinkedIn Marketing & Admin Specialist to enhance our online presence and engagement. With a database of 30,000 sales professionals, we require a confident and experienced individual to manage LinkedIn campaigns, create compelling content, and drive meaningful interactions with chief revenue officers and sales leaders. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work remotely with a UK-based company, leveraging LinkedIn for lead generation and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimise our LinkedIn presence, ensuring consistent and engaging content.
• Develop and execute LinkedIn campaigns targeting sales professionals and decision-makers.
• Craft high-quality posts, messages, and updates that resonate with chief revenue officers and sales leaders.
• Collaborate with the team to refine and improve outreach strategies.
• Oversee LinkedIn lead generation activities, coordinating with the existing team.
• Monitor campaign performance, track engagement metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Maintain LinkedIn admin tasks, including responding to messages, managing connections, and ensuring seamless communication.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience in LinkedIn marketing, content creation, and lead generation.
• Strong writing skills with the ability to craft professional and engaging content.
• Understanding of sales leadership audiences and what drives engagement.
• Confident and self-sufficient, requiring minimal training.
• Experience managing LinkedIn accounts for businesses or executives.
• Proficiency in campaign tracking and LinkedIn analytics.
• Reliable internet connection and access to a laptop.
