About the Role:
We are a UK-based recruitment agency looking for an experienced Medical Recruitment Agent with a strong background in hospital placements, both locum and permanent, for the UK healthcare sector. As part of our dynamic and driven team, you’ll help us meet the needs of hospitals by sourcing top-tier medical talent, ensuring seamless placements that benefit both healthcare providers and professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for UK-based hospital clients, handling both locum and permanent placements.

• Conduct talent sourcing, screening, and onboarding for healthcare professionals suited to client needs.

• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals and candidates to ensure quality placements and service.

• Collaborate closely with clients to understand role requirements and deliver exceptional candidate matches.

• Meet placement targets and recruitment KPIs through active sourcing and networking within the medical recruitment sector.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in medical recruitment for UK hospitals, specifically in locum or permanent placements.

• Current or recent experience in recruiting within the healthcare sector is strongly preferred.

• Proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment demands with accuracy and speed.

• Knowledge of UK healthcare compliance and staffing regulations.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
