Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and relationship-focused Recruitment Specialist to address a critical talent shortage in the chiropractic industry. This role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and outstanding interpersonal skills to source and engage candidates from around the world while building a strong talent pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactive Talent Sourcing:
  • Identify and engage potential candidates globally, building a comprehensive database of chiropractic professionals.
  • Partner with chiropractic schools and associations to enhance brand awareness.
• Candidate Engagement:
  • Build strong, long-term relationships, nurturing candidates with longer relocation timelines.
  • Promote the benefits of the role, company, and location effectively to potential candidates.
• Screening and Evaluation:
  • Conduct screenings to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Provide strategic insights to refine recruitment strategies.
• Market Research and Insights:
  • Stay updated on trends in the chiropractic industry, including salary benchmarks and talent availability.
  • Develop innovative solutions to recruitment challenges in a niche market.
