Part-Time Lead Generation & Marketing Specialist
20 Hours per Week
Fully Remote | South Africa-Based
Salary: R13,000 per Month

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Generation & Marketing Specialist to join our growing property investment team. This part-time role (20 hours per week) is fully remote and offers the opportunity to directly impact our growth by driving high-quality leads and building strong marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

Lead Generation:

• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram Ads) to drive high-quality leads at a reduced cost.
• Explore and implement additional lead generation methods (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).

Email Marketing:

• Design, execute, and track email campaigns to nurture and engage leads.
• Implement automated workflows to drive conversions and optimize key metrics (open rates, CTRs, etc.).

Marketing Strategy:

• Develop and implement a digital marketing strategy to grow lead flow and engagement.
• Optimize SEO efforts and manage organic social media content to drive traffic and visibility.

Content & CRM Management:

• Manage website updates, blog posts, and Trustpilot reviews to improve brand credibility.
• Use HubSpot (CRM) to track lead activity, report on campaign performance, and maintain accurate data.

Requirements

• Proven experience in lead generation, particularly using Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
• Hands-on experience with email marketing campaigns and workflow automation.
• Strong understanding of SEO, organic social media growth, and digital analytics.
• Proficiency in CRM tools like HubSpot (or similar platforms).
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently.
• Must have a laptop/PC and stable internet connection.
