Salary: R25,000 - R27,000 per month (commensurate with experience)
Location: Fully remote, South Africa-based
Working Hours: UK hours, Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM

Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled LinkedIn/B2B Ads Manager to develop and optimize campaigns for our B2B clients. This role includes audience targeting, creative collaboration, and campaign performance analysis. Familiarity with Google PPC campaigns is a plus, providing opportunities to expand into managing search and display ads.
Key Responsibilities:
- LinkedIn Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns to achieve client objectives.
- Audience Targeting: Use LinkedIn’s demographic and behavioral data to refine audience strategies.
- Creative Collaboration: Work with the creative team to craft compelling ad copy and visuals.
- Performance Optimization: Track and improve key metrics (CPL, CTR, CPC) using data insights.
- Reporting: Deliver performance updates and actionable recommendations to clients.
- Google PPC (Bonus): Manage and optimize Google search and display campaigns if applicable.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in LinkedIn ad management for B2B campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of LinkedIn Ads Manager, targeting options, and B2B advertising best practices.
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven optimizations.
- Experience managing client relationships and presenting performance updates.
- Bonus: Expertise in Google PPC campaigns with measurable results.
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads Manager, and Google Ads.
