Full Stack Developer (Mid-Senior/Senior)

Salary: R50,000 – R60,000 per month (Negotiable, based on experience)
Fully Remote: South Africa-based
Hours: UK working hours, Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

What You'll Do

• Develop & Optimize: Build and enhance robust, scalable back-end solutions for web-based applications.
• Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with global teams to deliver seamless, high-quality solutions.
• Umbraco Expertise: Use your experience with Umbraco to create and maintain dynamic, content-driven applications.
• Front-End Integration: Seamlessly integrate back-end systems with intuitive front-end components.
• Mentor & Lead: Inspire and guide junior developers by sharing knowledge and best practices.
• Strategize: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and strategies.

What We’re Looking For

Experience:

• Proven mid-senior or senior-level experience in back-end development.
• Demonstrated success in web-based projects, preferably within agency environments.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in .NET and related technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Umbraco, including building and maintaining applications.
• Solid understanding of front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
• Experience optimizing performance for high-traffic, scalable applications.

Leadership & Collaboration:

• Strong communication skills to mentor junior developers and collaborate across teams.
• A proactive, solutions-driven mindset.
