Job Title: LinkedIn Sales and Marketing Specialist – Finance and Legal Sectors

Job Description

We are seeking a LinkedIn Sales and Marketing Specialist based in South Africa to support our executive recruitment efforts within the finance and legal sectors. This fully remote role focuses on identifying and engaging with top-tier professionals across Europe. You will utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator and email outreach to generate leads, build connections, and create opportunities for our consultants to establish and grow client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct targeted research on LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify candidates and clients in finance and legal markets.
• Craft and send tailored outreach messages via LinkedIn and email to engage high-caliber professionals.
• Interact with target audiences by commenting on and liking relevant posts to foster engagement.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of outreach and lead progress using CRM tools.
• Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements to enhance effectiveness.
• Collaborate with consultants to align LinkedIn efforts with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in LinkedIn-focused roles, preferably in sales, marketing, or recruitment.
• Demonstrated success in generating leads and securing appointments within professional sectors.
• Strong written communication skills with attention to detail in crafting outreach messages.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM tools.
• Understanding of the finance or legal sectors in Europe is advantageous but not mandatory.
