We’re seeking a Finance Assistant who is proficient in Xero, with experience managing sales and credit ledgers. Key Responsibilities

• CIS and Reverse VAT Management: Process and manage CIS and Reverse VAT transactions to maintain compliance.
• Xero Accounting: Ensure accurate financial records, focusing on sales and credit ledgers.
• Financial Transactions: Record, process, and reconcile daily financial activities.
• Ledger Management: Oversee sales ledger, credit control, and payment processing with precision.
• Reporting & Reconciliations: Prepare monthly financial reports, reconcile accounts, and support month-end close.
• Client & Supplier Coordination: Manage account queries and statements with clients and suppliers.

Qualifications & Experience

• Mandatory:
  • 2–3 years of finance experience with Xero.
  • In-depth knowledge of CIS and Reverse VAT.
  • Proficient in managing sales and credit ledgers.
• Beneficial:
  • Background in the maintenance or property management sector.
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
