Job Title: Talent Acquisition Partner

This is a fully remote role open to South Africa-based applicants only, working UK hours (Monday – Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM GMT).
Basic salary of R25,000 per month, excluding commissions.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique hiring needs and organisational culture.
• Develop and implement bespoke recruitment strategies tailored to each client's objectives.
• Utilise advanced sourcing techniques, including leveraging extensive networks and technology, to identify and engage high-calibre candidates.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
• Provide strategic talent insights, including market trends and salary benchmarking, to inform client decisions.
• Maintain transparent communication with clients and candidates, upholding the highest standards of professionalism.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of successfully filling diverse roles across various industries.
• Strong understanding of modern recruitment tools and platforms.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing client needs and market conditions.
• Access to a reliable laptop and high-speed internet connection.
