Marketing Manager

Location: Remote, South Africa
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 4 PM (Irish Time)
Salary: R30,000pm

Job Overview:
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in increasing brand awareness, generating leads, and supporting sales efforts. As part of the position, four fully paid flights per year to Ireland will be provided for sales meetings with the team. Candidates must be willing and able to travel when required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation.

• Manage and optimise content across digital platforms, including social media, email campaigns, and websites.

• Organise and execute marketing efforts for workshops, conferences, and events.

• Maintain and optimise the CRM system to enhance customer engagement and campaign effectiveness.

• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing activities and business goals.

• Analyse campaign performance, track key metrics, and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including businesses, career counsellors, and organisations using psychometric assessments.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a marketing role, preferably in a B2B environment.

• Proven ability to develop and implement successful marketing campaigns.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, social media, and email marketing.

• Experience with CRM systems and data analytics tools.

• Excellent communication and content creation skills.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with remote teams.

• A reliable laptop and a stable internet connection are essential.

• Willingness and ability to travel to Ireland for business meetings (four flights per year provided).
