Job Overview:
Join a high-performing UK recruitment agency at a pivotal time of growth as a Delivery Consultant, fully remote and based in South Africa. You’ll play a crucial role in sourcing top talent within the insurance sector while managing key client relationships. This role is designed for someone who already understands the insurance market, particularly on the broking side, and can hit the ground running with minimal training. You’ll work UK business hours, Monday to Friday, and be supported via an EOR (Employer of Record) structure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Source and match top-tier insurance candidates to client vacancies in the UK market.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders across your assigned UK region.
- Manage the full recruitment process: briefing, sourcing, screening, presenting, coordinating interviews, and closing.
- Grow business in your allocated UK "patch" through proactive candidate and client engagement.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates and clients to ensure a smooth recruitment journey.
- Act as a key account manager post-placement to support long-term client retention.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in the insurance or insurance recruitment industry – this is non-negotiable.
- Strong understanding of the broking side of insurance: Account Executives, Account Handlers, Insurance Advisors, Claims, Underwriting (preferred).
- No actuarial recruitment experience – the focus is on broking-related roles.
- Must be based in South Africa, working fully remote, with a reliable laptop and internet connection.
- Able to work UK hours, Monday to Friday.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes and building client relationships.
- Strong communication skills with an engaging, confident personality.
- Comfortable working under an EOR model with Remote Recruitment managing local HR and payroll.
Non-Negotiables:
- Must understand the insurance market – this is critical.
- Experience with broking roles, not actuarial.
- No training provided on the insurance industry itself – candidates must come in with relevant knowledge.
- Personality is key: you must be a people person – engaging, fun, relationship-driven, confident, and not monotone.
