Location: Fully Remote (South Africa)
Job Type: Full-time - UK HOURS
Salary: R25,000
Job Overview:
We are a forward-thinking recruitment company seeking a proactive and driven Sales Development Representative to join our team immediately. You will play a critical role in setting up and organizing at least 8 meetings per day for the owner, helping to drive business growth and build relationships with prospective clients. This role is ideal for someone who excels at sales development, understands the private equity space, and has the confidence to set meetings that result in meaningful conversations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Immediate availability required – applicants must be able to start ASAP.
- Set and organize a minimum of 8 meetings per day with potential clients via LinkedIn and Eli automated messaging platforms.
- Conduct outreach and follow-ups with prospective clients, managing the entire appointment-setting process.
- Leverage sales development skills to identify and qualify potential leads.
- Manage and maintain CRM tools like Apio to track leads and manage client relationships efficiently.
- Work closely with the business owner to optimize meeting strategies and ensure a high conversion rate from meetings to partnerships.
- Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of the private equity space to engage effectively with potential clients.
- Case study performance during the trial phase will be a key factor in selection – candidates must deliver an outstanding case study.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Must be available immediately and ready to start ASAP.
- Proven experience in sales development and lead generation, ideally in a recruitment or B2B environment.
- Experience managing and working with CRM systems (e.g., Apio or similar platforms).
- Strong familiarity with LinkedIn and Eli automated messaging systems for outreach.
- Knowledge of the private equity space is highly preferred.
- Confident and persuasive communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A results-oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet and exceed appointment-setting targets.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
