We are seeking a talented Digital Content Manager to take charge of content creation and strategy across multiple digital platforms. You will develop engaging visual content, manage social media strategies, and enhance brand visibility through creative multimedia assets. Key Responsibilities:

• Content Strategy: Develop and implement content strategies to boost brand visibility and engagement across social media, websites, and e-commerce platforms.
• Social Media Content: Create visually appealing and high-quality graphics, images, and videos for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
• E-Commerce Visuals: Design and update product images and graphics for Shopify websites to enhance online conversion and accurately reflect product features.
• Marketplace Content: Create Amazon A+ content and optimised product visuals for eBay and other marketplaces, ensuring compliance with platform guidelines.
• Video Production: Produce and edit short videos for marketing campaigns, social media ads, and instructional content. Format videos for different platforms to maximise impact.
• Brand Marketing Materials: Design marketing visuals for our core brands – SellMyiPhone, Ruezone, and Mobicode – including banner images, email visuals, and promotional graphics.
• Content Calendars: Manage and maintain content calendars for consistent and timely posting.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and analyse content performance using analytics tools, preparing reports to optimise strategies and enhance engagement.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with digital content trends and emerging technologies to keep content relevant and innovative.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Experience Level: Mid-level or above with at least 2 years of experience in digital content management and creation.
• Design Skills: Proficient in graphic design tools, including Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro or similar video editing software is a plus.
• Content Creation for E-Commerce: Hands-on experience with creating visual content for e-commerce platforms (especially Shopify) and optimising product visuals.
• Social Media Savvy: Strong understanding of social media trends, formats, and best practices. Experience with management tools like Hootsuite or Buffer is advantageous.
• Video Editing Skills: Comfortable editing short videos, adding captions, and preparing content for social media and marketing use.
• Analytical Skills: Experience with performance tracking and content optimisation through analytics tools.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Remote Work Setup: Reliable PC or MacBook, high-speed internet connection, and all necessary design software.
