Job Title: Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, based in South Africa, working UK hours (Monday to Friday). The salary for this role is R35,000 per month, depending on experience (DEO).

Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and interpret data to identify trends and patterns relevant to healthcare investments.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualise data insights for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of portfolio companies using key metrics.
• Assist in the development of data-driven strategies to optimise investment decisions.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the healthcare or investment sectors.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or R.
• Experience with data visualisation tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Access to a reliable internet connection and a personal laptop.
