Job Title: Telesales Operator (SaaS)
Salary: R25,000pm 
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm UK 
FULLY REMOTE ( South Africa based ) 

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Telesales Operator to join our team and support the growth of our software solutions. As a Telesales Operator, you will be responsible for contacting potential clients, presenting our SaaS products, and closing sales. This is an exciting opportunity to work with an innovative UK-based business while gaining experience in a fast-paced sales environment.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively contact potential customers through outbound calls and emails.
• Present and explain our SaaS solutions to prospective clients.
• Manage and track the sales pipeline using CRM tools.
• Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Stay informed on product knowledge and market trends.
• Follow up on leads and maintain accurate records of client interactions.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in telesales, preferably in a SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
• Self-motivated and results-driven mindset.
• Reliable internet connection and high-quality PC setup.
