Key Responsibilities
Client Management & Retention:
- Serve as the primary contact for key business clients, ensuring top-level service delivery.
- Build long-lasting client relationships to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Address client issues promptly and ensure resolutions before escalation.
Team & Operations Management:
- Oversee the scheduling and prioritisation of engineers for key accounts.
- Provide detailed job briefings to engineers to meet specific client requirements.
- Monitor job completion quality, including accuracy in reports, photos, and signatures.
Reporting & Performance Tracking:
- Generate and analyse reports on account performance, client feedback, and profitability.
- Conduct performance reviews for engineers and office staff to maintain accountability.
- Provide updates to management on client satisfaction and account growth metrics.
Administration & Compliance:
- Maintain accurate job reports, client feedback records, and updated contracts.
- Ensure administrative functions are performed consistently and efficiently.
Upselling Services:
- Identify and present opportunities to upsell services during client onboarding and reviews.
- Tailor solutions to client needs, offering maintenance packages and specialised services.
Goals and KPIs
- Increase weekly job bookings and consistent account growth.
- Reduce job cancellations through proactive client engagement.
- Enhance client satisfaction ratings and retention.
- Grow revenue through upselling additional services.
- Maintain account profitability against operational costs.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing B2B client accounts, ideally in property maintenance or a service-related industry.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to coordinate engineers and ensure accurate job completion.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Problem-solving mindset to address issues before they escalate.
- Experience upselling services to existing and new clients is advantageous.
