Job Title: B2B Sales Executive (With 180 Recruitment Experience)

Salary: R25,000 per month (Basic) + Commissions

Job Description:
Are you an experienced 180 Recruiter with a passion for B2B sales? Do you have a desire to step up and drive new business, build long-term client relationships, and upsell recruitment services in an international market? If so, this is the perfect opportunity for you to transition into a full-time B2B Sales role while leveraging your recruitment expertise.
As a B2B Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for managing the sales lifecycle — from generating leads to closing deals. Using your recruitment background, you'll identify new business opportunities, speak with international clients, and expand our client base by offering tailored recruitment solutions. The ideal candidate will be confident in client interactions, results-driven, and eager to grow in a supportive, remote-first environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive B2B sales: Identify and reach out to potential clients, creating business opportunities for our recruitment services.
- Lead the sales process: From lead generation to closing deals, you will own the entire sales lifecycle, focusing on building strong and lasting relationships with clients.
- Upsell recruitment services: Use your recruitment expertise to propose tailored solutions to clients, identifying additional needs and upselling services.
- Build and maintain client relationships: Develop strong, lasting relationships with clients and become a trusted partner in their recruitment efforts.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team: Work closely with internal teams to ensure high-quality delivery and fulfillment of client needs.
- Use CRM tools: Accurately track sales activities, leads, and client interactions in CRM software to drive transparency and performance reporting.
- Target achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing directly to the business’s growth.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in 180 recruitment, with a strong understanding of recruitment processes and client engagement.
- Strong interest in B2B sales: Proven desire and motivation to transition from recruitment into a full-time sales role.
- Sales experience: Comfortable with sales processes, including lead generation, negotiations, and closing deals.
- Excellent communication skills: Must be confident in speaking with international clients via calls and video conferences.
- Professionalism: Well-spoken and polished, capable of representing the business to clients at the highest level.
- Upselling ability: Proven experience upselling recruitment services or identifying new opportunities within existing client accounts.
- CRM proficiency: Experience with CRM software for tracking sales and client interactions.
- Self-motivated and results-driven: Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment, meeting deadlines and achieving sales targets.
